Longlasting Change


In my work with relationships, I focus on exploring patterns of communication and triggers while processing emotional experiences and needs. I also teach you ways to engage in compassionate communication. My goal is to share concrete tools so that couples, partners, and relationships can reconnect on a deeper level, feel truly heard, and begin communicating in ways that are respectful, more loving, and supportive. Whether you escalate in your arguments, feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, or need support with reconnection, I am happy to help.

As a therapist, I am neutral and work systemically, which means that I will aim to understand how everyone plays a part in keeping repeating patterns. I does take two (or more!) to tango! My trauma-informed background allows me to understand how past trauma influences your current relationship; we work on processing and healing the parts of the past that are showing up today.  

I work from a relational perspective and use attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method to understand a relationship's emotional and behavioral dynamics and increase intentional communication, intimacy, and emotional regulation. If you have gone through betrayal, feel disconnection, or engage in high-conflict relationships, we are definitely a fit.

I also work with ethical non-monogamy, poly relationships, and I am sex and kink positive!

1. Schedule a 20-min free of charge consultation here to ask any questions and determine if we are a fit
2. If we are a fit, we will schedule our first session as a couple/relationship or family
3. After our first session I will schedule an individual session with each partner to get you know you on an individual level
4. We then meet weekly as a couple/relationship until your goals have been reached
