Julie Wensel, MA, AMFT

Welcome!
Here I give you a space to get real, for you to regroup, notice and explore your needs, and increase self-compassion. I create a safe space to help you process traumatic experiences or daily stressors while respecting and increasing your tolerance. I help you reconnect to your nervous system and your strengths, develop tools and healthy boundaries, and deal with whatever may be overwhelming you and pulling you back.
In my philosophy, I believe in collaborative work, you are the expert in yourself and your experiences, and like any human, you have the resilience to feel better.
I look forward to creating a safe space for you to explore yourself and your deepest thoughts, feelings, longings, and wishes.
